LOUANNE GAGNON
CPA
Louanne is the owner of LT Gagnon, PLC. Her experience in the tax industry spans over 25 years. She began her first career in marketing and advertising and through life’s path, transitioned to a career in tax. In 1990, while working in the tax industry she enrolled in the Master of Taxation program at Arizona State University.
She has worked extensively with clients in various service industries, from real estate development and investment to retail business, estates, and trusts. She specializes in working with clients and their closely held businesses whether operating as sole proprietorships, partnerships or corporations. She believes her clients are best served when their tax planning is consistent with their long-term financial goals. Her staff and clients appreciate her diverse experience, responsiveness, organizational skills and her practical approach to solving problems.
Louanne is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. When Louanne is not working or catching up on new tax law, you can find her practicing yoga, cooking or traveling.

PAT LAWRENCE
CPA
Pat’s diverse thirty years of experience includes work in financial audit, financial accounting, accounting information systems, and managerial consulting with national firms and in private industry. In 2002, Pat earned her Master’s in Taxation from ASU. Since then she has expanded her career in the area of tax planning, compliance and research. She has extensive experience in the real estate industry as well as many services industries. She is proficient with individual, partnership, corporate, and exempt organization tax returns. Pat’s diverse experience makes her a valuable resource to her clients and colleagues.
Pat is affiliated with several accounting organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Accountants.
EILEEN HOUST
CPA
Eileen started her career in tax in 2000 with the Phoenix based firm of Gaughan & Nahom PLC, a firm specializing in serving the real estate industry. Since 2007 Eileen has diversified her tax expertise to include business owners, estates and trusts. She joined LT Gagnon, PLC in January 2018. In addition to depth of her tax experience, she is valued for her thoroughness and attention to detail.
Eileen enjoys spending her time off with her son.
CARMEN WOLFE
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Carmen joined LT Gagnon, PLC in November 2018. With Carmen’s excellent organizational skills, she, provides support for our team, assists clients, manages billing and monitors the firm work in progress.
Carmen enjoys spending time with her family and jogging in her time off.

TANI SHARAN
CPA
Tani joined LT Gagnon, PLC in January 2022. She has over 15 years of experience in public accounting and enjoys providing tax services to high-net-worth individuals and their closely-held businesses. Tani has her B.A. in Accountancy and M.S. in Taxation, and her experience includes working with partnerships, corporations, fiduciaries, and exempt organizations.
Outside of work, Tani enjoys hiking, cooking, and international travel.
